Orders

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an order confirmation email in 48 hours. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number.

Delivery of items

We cannot ship orders to a PO Box.
If an item is not received when the tracking information confirms delivery, please contact us by email and contact the customer service department of the delivery company in your country.
